Maintaining a safe home and healthy living environment can sometimes be difficult for older adults. Our Minor Home Repair Program is available to assist homeowners age 60+ with repairs or modifications to improve the accessibility, safety, and livability of their homes.
Available services include, but are not limited to:
- Grab bar installation
- Step and hand rail repair
- Barrier free door handle installation
- Minor plumbing repairs
This service is available at no cost. Voluntary contributions are accepted. However, no eligible individual will be denied services because of an inability to contribute.

Prospective clients shall be eligible based solely on the eligibility criteria as determined through the screening and assessment process and program requirements. Priority is given to those who are frail, elderly, isolated, and with the greatest economic and social need.
