Program Description
On Mondays a hot lunch is served at the Sutter Creek Community Center, on 35 Church St from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. For reservations call 209-223-0442 at least 48 hours in advance. Each meal provides one third of the daily Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA). This is a congregate satellite site. For more information visit www.amadorseniorcenter.org.
Eligibility
Congregate meals may be provided to persons who meet eligibility requirements, including: 1) age 60+; 2) spouse of age 60+ participant, regardless of spouse’s age; 3) disabled, regardless of age, who reside in senior housing at which a nutrition site is located; and (4) disabled, regardless of age, who reside with a senior meal participant and accompany the senior to the site.
